میخواهم امام مهدی را بشناسم I want to know Imam Mahdi
امام دوازدهم، حضرت مهدی (عج)، فرزند امام حسن بن علی العسکری (ع) (امام یازدهم)، در پانزدهم شعبان سال 255 هجری به دنیا آمد. نام مادر او نرجس بود. آن حضرت پنج ساله بود که پدر بزرگوارش، امام حسن (ع) به شهادت رسید. لذا در سال 260 هنگامی که پنج ساله بود به امامت رسید. )مسلمانان به رهبران دینی شان امام می گویند.)
Twelfth Imam, Hazrat Mahdi (as), son of Imam al-Askari (AS) (the eleventh Imam) was born on the fifteenth of Sha'ban 255 AH.
His mother,s name is Narjes.
He was five years old when his father, Imam Hasan (AS) was martyred so In the year 260 while had five years old got Imam.( Muslim call their religious leader “Imam” )
او دوبار در طول عمرش غیبت داشته. بار اول حدود هفتاد سال به طول انجامید و به آن غیبت صغری اطلاق می شود.
در مدت غیبت صغری او چهار نائب خاص داشت که درهای ارتباط بین او و مردم بودند. بعد از مرگ نائب چهارم، امام غیبت کبری را آغاز نمود. این غیبت از سال 329 آغاز و تا امروز نیز ادامه دارد و او هنوز در غیبت کبری می باشد.

او همان منتظر و ناجی بشریت است که خداوند عهد کرده که حکومت جهان به دست او برسد تا مردم را از خشونت ها و ظلمها برهاند.
همه مذاهب اسلامی قبول دارند که او می آید، تنها تفاوت نظر در این است که بعضی مذاهب معتقدند که او به دنیا نیامده.

روی هم رفته 657 روایت در کتب شیعه و سنی وجود دارد که خبر خوش ظهور او را داده اند.
389 روایت تصریح کرده اند که او از نسل پیامبر (ص) است.
214 روایت نقل کرده که او نوه ی حضرت امام علی (ع) است.
192 روایت گفته اند که او فرزند حضرت زهرا (س) است.
185روایت نقل می کنند که او فرزند حضرت زین العابدین (ع) است.
146 روایت می گویند که او فرزند امام حسن عسکری (ع) است.
132 روایت نقل کرده اند او جهان را نجات خواهد داد.
91 روایت از غیبت طولانی او خبر داده اند.
318 روایت از عمر طولانی او خبر داده اند.

389 tradition states that he is a descendant of the Prophet (pbuh).
214 tradition quoted He is the grandson of Imam Ali (AS).
192 tradition have said He is the son of Hazrat Zahra (SA) .
185 quoting that He is the son of Imam Zain al Abedin (AS).
146 say that He is the son of Imam Hassan Askari (AS).
132 have quoted him will save the world.
91 have been reported his long absence.
318 have reported his long life.
امام باقر(علیه السلام):
«هنگامیکه قائم اهل بیت (عجل الله تعالی فرجه)قیام کند اموال را به صورت مساوی تقسیم می نماید و عدالت را در بین مردم برقرار می سازد .پس هر کس او را اطاعت کند ،خدا را اطاعت کرده است . و هر کس از او سرپیچی نماید ،از خدا سر پیچی کرده است وآن حضرت را مهدی نامیده اند ،زیرا مردم را به سوی امر پنهانی هدایت می نماید.»
