پیام مقام معظم رهبری در پی فاجعه مصیبت‌بار کشته و زخمی شدن هزاران نفر از حجاج در سرزمین منا Supreme Leader's Message Following the Death and Injury of Thousands of Pilgrims in Mina

حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی درپی فاجعه‌ی مصیبت‌بار در منا که در آن جمع کثیری از میهمانان الهی جان خود را از دست دادند با صدور پیامی ضمن ابراز همدردی با مصیبت‌دیدگان این حادثه‌ی اندوهبار و تسلیت به بازماندگان آنان تأکید کردند: دولت سعودی موظف است مسئولیت سنگین خود را در این حادثه‌ی تلخ پذیرفته و به لوازم و قاعده‌ی حق و انصاف عمل کند.
ایشان ضمن اعلام سه روز عزای عمومی در کشور افزودند: مدیریت غلط و اقدامات ناشایسته‌ای که عامل این فاجعه بوده است نیز نباید از نظر دور بماند.

Following the deaths of many hajj pilgrims in Mina - including at least 125 Iranians - Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, issued a message offering condolences to the bereaved families and declaring a three-day national mourning. The following is the full text of this message issued on September 24, 2015.

متن پیام رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی به شرح زیر است.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
انا لله و انا الیه راجعون

فاجعه‌ی مصیبت‌ بار امروز در منا که در آن جمع کثیری از ضیوف‌ الرحمان و مومنانِ مهاجر الی‌الله از کشورهای گوناگون، جان باختند، اندوهی بزرگ در جهان اسلام پدید آورده و عید آنان را عزا کرده است. در میهن عزیز ما نیز دهها خانواده که مشتاقانه در انتظار عزیزان حج‌گزار خود بودند، اکنون به عزای آنان نشسته‌اند.

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

"To Allah we belong, and to Him we return" [The Holy Quran, 2: 156].

Today's catastrophic event in Mina, during which a large number of God's guests and believers who had migrated towards God from different countries lost their lives, caused great sorrow in the world of Islam and turned their Eid into mourning. In our dear country too, tens of families, who were eagerly waiting for their dear ones to return from their hajj pilgrimage, are now mourning for them.

اینجانب با قلبی سرشار از غم و همدردی با مصیبت‌دیدگان، این حادثه اندوهبار را به روح مطهر حضرت رسول اعظم (صلی الله علیه و آله) و به ساحت مقدس ولی الله الاعظم حضرت صاحب‌الزمان (اروحنا فداه) که صاحب‌عزای اصلی است، و به همه بازماندگان و عزاداران در سراسر جهان اسلام به ویژه در ایران عزیز تسلیت عرض می‌کنم و رحمت خاصه‌ی خداوند غفور و رحیم و شکور را برای این میهمانان گرامیش و شفای عاجل آسیب‌دیدگان و مجروحان را از درگاه عطوفتش مسألت می‌نمایم و یادآور می‌شوم:

With a sorrow-stricken heart and sympathy towards the bereaved, I offer my condolences on the occasion of this grievous event - to the immaculate soul of the Great Messenger (God's greetings be upon him and his household), to the holy presence of God's Wali, the Imam of the Age (may our souls be sacrificed for him) who is the principle mourner of this tragedy, to all the families of the deceased and to all mourners throughout the world of Islam particularly in dear Iran.

I ask God the Forgiving, the Merciful, and the Rewarding to bestow His special mercy on these honorable guests of His and to help, with His kindness, the injured to recover as soon as possible.

I would like to point out the following matters:

۱. مسئولان نمایندگی اینجانب و سازمان حج تلاش طاقت‌فرسای خود در شناسایی جان‌باختگان و معالجه مجروحان و اعزام به کشور و خبررسانی سریع را که سراسر امروز بدان مشغول بودند همچنان ادامه دهند و همه کسانی که توانایی دارند به آنان کمک کنند.

1. My representatives and the Hajj Organization should continue their strenuous effort - as they did throughout today - to identify the deceased, to cure the injured, to return them back to the country, and to provide the public with information in this regard as quickly as possible. And all people who can help them in this effort should do so.

۲. هر گونه کمک ممکن را به حجاج دیگر کشورها نیز تعمیم دهند و حق برادری اسلامی را به انجام رسانند.

2. They should also extend their help to pilgrims from other countries in whatever ways they can and they should fulfill their brotherly and Islamic obligation towards them.

۳. دولت سعودی موظف است مسئولیت سنگین خود را در این حادثه‌ی تلخ پذیرفته و به لوازم آن به قاعده‌ی حق و انصاف عمل کند. مدیریت غلط و اقدامات ناشایسته که عامل این فاجعه بوده نباید از نظر دور بماند.

3. The Saudi government should accept its heavy responsibility in this bitter event and it should meet its obligations based on the principles of truth and fairness. The mismanagement and improper measures that caused this catastrophe should not be overlooked.

۴. جان‌باختگان این حادثه انشاالله مشمول این کلام نورانی قرآن‌اند که: «و من یخرج من بیته مهاجرا الی الله و رسوله ثم یدرکه الموت فقد وقع اجره علی الله» این برای بازماندگان، تسلای بزرگی است. آنان پس از طواف و سعی و پس از ساعات پربرکت عرفات و مشعر و در حال انجام مناسک حج به دیدار معبود شتافته‌اند، و انشاالله مورد لطف و رحمت ویژه احدیتند. اینجانب با تسلیت دوباره به عزاداران، سه روز عزای عمومی در کشور اعلام میکنم.

4. By Allah's favor, those who lost their lives in this event are among those mentioned in this enlightened Quranic ayah: "He who forsakes his home in the cause of Allah, finds in the earth many a refuge, wide and spacious. Should he die as a refugee from home for Allah and His Messenger, His reward becomes due and sure with Allah" [The Holy Quran, 3: 100].

This is a great comfort for the families of the deceased. They rushed towards the Worshipped after doing tawaf, endeavoring in the way of God and spending the blessed hours of Arafat and Mash'ar and while performing hajj rituals. For this reason, they will benefit from the One's grace and mercy.

With my condolences once again to the mourners, I declare three days of national mourning in the country.
