 سلام و تحیّت و تبریک به همه‌ی برادران و خواهران نمازگزار همراه با توصیه‌ی به تقوا، نخستین سخن ما در خطبه‌ی دوّم است.

Hello and greeting and congratulations to all the brothers and sisters, prayer with recommendations to the piety

 

حوادث منطقه‌ی ما در این ماه رمضان و قبل از آن، حوادث ناگواری بود و هست؛ متأسّفانه دستهای نامبارکی، ماه مبارک را برای بسیاری از مردم منطقه تلخ کرد. در یمن، در بحرین، در فلسطین، در سوریّه، بسیاری از مردم مسلمانِ مؤمن، به‌خاطر سیه‌کاری‌های دشمنان، روزهای سختی را گذراندند و روزه‌های دشواری گرفتند. همه‌ی این قضایا برای ملّت ما مهم است.

Events in our region in the month of Ramadan and before that, there was a horrible events, Unfortunately  inauspicious hands, made the holy month bitter for many people.

In Yemen, Bahrain, Palestine, Syria, Many devout Muslims, because of the work of enemies, spent  difficult days  and  fasted difficulty. All of these things are important for our nation.

 یک مسئله هم مسئله‌ی داخلی ما است که مسئله‌ی مذاکرات هسته‌ای است. چند نکته را در زمینه‌ی این مسئله لازم است عرض کنم. نکته‌ی اوّل تشکّر از دست‌اندرکاران این مذاکرات طولانی و نفس‌گیر است، رئیس جمهور محترم و بالخصوص هیئت مذاکره‌کننده که حقیقتاً زحمت کشیدند و تلاش کردند؛ چه این متنی که تهیّه شده است، در مجاری قانونی پیش‌بینی‌شده‌ی خود تصویب بشود و چه نشود، اجر آنها محفوظ است؛ این را به خود آن برادران هم از نزدیک عرض کردیم. البتّه برای تصویب این متن، یک مسیر قانونیِ پیش‌بینی‌شده‌ای وجود دارد که باید این مسیر را طی کند و خواهد کرد؛ ان‌شاءالله. انتظار ما این است که دست‌اندرکاران، با دقّت مصالح را -مصالح کشور را، مصالح ملّی را- در نظر بگیرند و آنچه را تحویل ملّت خواهند داد، بتوانند با گردن افراشته، در مقابل خدای متعال هم ارائه بدهند.

One issue is our internal issue that is the issue of nuclear negotiations. This is necessary  to say a few points about it.

The first point : thanks to those involved in these long and heavy  negotiations ,  President and particularly board negotiator who really worked hard and tried, whether the text is provided,  in predicted legal  channels be adopted or not, their reward is reserved.

We expect that the authorities consider  country's interests, and national interests carefully and what will be delivered to the nation, can offer in front of God  proudly.

 

 نکته‌ی بعدی این است که چه این متن تصویب بشود و چه نشود، به حول و قوّه‌ی الهی، اجازه‌ی هیچ‌گونه سوءاستفاده‌ای از آن داده نخواهد شد؛ اجازه‌ی خدشه‌ی در اصول اساسی نظام اسلامی به کسی داده نخواهد شد؛ قابلیّتهای دفاعی و حریم امنیّت کشور، به فضل الهی حفظ خواهد شد، اگرچه میدانیم دشمنان بر روی این نقطه‌ی بخصوص، تکیه‌ی زیادی دارند. جمهوری اسلامی، در زمینه‌ی حفظ قابلیّتهای دفاعی و امنیّتی خود -آن‌هم در این فضای تهدیدی که دشمنان برایش به‌وجود می‌آورند- هرگز تسلیم زیاده‌خواهی دشمن نخواهد شد.

The next point is that whether the text is provided or not It will not allowed any abuse, will not allowed anyone to damage the basic principles of the Islamic system. Defense capabilities and national security space, will be preserved by the grace of God, Although we know that  enemies have many insist on this particular point.

Islamic Republic of Iran, in the field of defense and security capabilities protect never give up excesses of enemies In this space of threat they created .

 نکته‌ی بعدی این است که چه این متن تصویب بشود و چه نشود، ما از حمایت دوستانمان در منطقه دست نخواهیم کشید: از ملّت مظلوم فلسطین، از ملّت مظلوم یمن، از ملّت و دولت سوریه، از ملّت و دولت عراق، از مردم مظلوم بحرین، از مجاهدان صادق مقاومت در لبنان و فلسطین؛ [اینها] همواره مورد حمایت ما خواهند بود.

The next point is that whether the text is provided or not , We will not leave the support of our friends in the region, The oppressed people of Palestine, the oppressed people of Yemen, the Syrian government and people, the nation and the Iraqi government, the oppressed people of Bahrain, the true resistance fighters in Lebanon and Palestine We will always support them.

 نکته‌ی بعدی این است که با این مذاکرات و با متنی که تهیّه شده است، در هر صورت سیاست ما در مقابل دولت مستکبر آمریکا هیچ تغییری نخواهد کرد. همان‌طور که بارها تکرار کردیم، ما با آمریکا در مورد مسائل گوناگون جهانی و منطقه‌ای مذاکره‌ای نداریم؛ در مورد مسائل دوجانبه مذاکره‌ای نداریم؛ گاهی در موارد استثنائی مثل این مورد هسته‌ای، براساس مصلحت، مذاکره کرده‌ایم؛ این مورد هم فقط نبوده است، قبل از این هم مواردی بوده است که من در سخنرانی‌های عمومی قبلی به آنها اشاره کرده‌ام. سیاستهای آمریکا در منطقه با سیاستهای جمهوری اسلامی ۱۸۰ درجه اختلاف دارد. آمریکایی‌ها حزب‌الله را و مقاومت لبنان را -که فداکارترین نیروهای دفاع ملّی در یک کشورند- متّهم به تروریسم میکنند، از این بی‌انصافی بالاتر نمیشود. آن‌وقت در مقابل، دولت تروریست صهیونیستیِ کودک‌کُش را مورد حمایت خودشان قرار میدهند، با یک‌چنین سیاستی چگونه میشود معامله کرد، چگونه میشود مذاکره کرد، چگونه میشود به توافق رسید؟ حالا موارد دیگر هم هست که من تفصیلش را میگذارم برای جای دیگر.

The next point is that however the negotiations and the text has been prepared , In any case our policy towards  America arrogant government will never change.

As we repeatedly said We have no negotiations with America on global and regional issues, No talks on bilateral issues , Sometimes, in exceptional cases, such as the nuclear case, on the basis of expediency  we've negotiated, This is not only, Already there have been cases that I have mentioned in previous public statements.

America's policies in the region differences policies of the Islamic Republic in 180 degrees .

Americans accused Hezbollah and the Lebanese resistance of terrorism While they are most dedicated national defense forces in the country, there isn’t higher than injustice.

Then against, support  the terrorist state infanticide Zionist.

So how to deal with the such a policy ,  How to negotiate, How to reach agreement?

 نکته‌ی بعدی در مورد رجزخوانی‌های آمریکا در این چند روز است. در این چند روزی که از پایان این مذاکرات گذشته است، حضرات مسئولین آمریکایی -دولت مردانشان، دولت زنانشان- مشغول رجزخوانی‌اند، هر کدام با زبانی رجزی میخوانند. البتّه ما ایرادی به این کار آنها نداریم؛ مشکلات داخلیِ آنها، آنها را ناچار میکند که این رجزخوانی‌ها را بکنند که بله، ما ایران را سر میز مذاکره کشاندیم، ما ایران را تسلیم کردیم، ما مانع از سلاح هسته‌ای ایران شدیم، ما فلان امتیاز را گرفتیم و از این قبیل! خب، حقیقت قضیّه چیز دیگری است. میگویند ما جلوی سلاح هسته‌ای ایران را گرفتیم؛ سلاح هسته‌ای ایران، ربطی به گفتگوی با آمریکا و غیر آمریکا ندارد؛ خود آنها هم میدانند؛ گاهی هم اهمّیّت فتوای حرمت سلاح اتمی را بر زبان آورده‌اند؛ ما براساس حکم قرآن و شریعت اسلامی، تولید سلاح هسته‌ای و نگهداری آن و به‌کار بردن آن را حرام میدانیم و به آن اقدام نمیکنیم؛ این هیچ ربطی به آنها ندارد، به این مذاکرات هم ربطی ندارد. آنها خودشان میدانند که این واقعیّت است -میدانند که آنچه مانع جمهوری اسلامی در زمینه‌ی تولید سلاح هسته‌ای است، تهدید و توپ‌وتشر آنها نیست؛ یک مانع شرعی است؛ اهمّیّت این فتوا را میدانند- درعین‌حال باز میگویند که ما بودیم [که نگذاشتیم‌]؛ به ملّت خودشان راست نمیگویند، حقیقت را نمیگویند. آنها درباره‌ی مسائل گوناگون دیگر، میگویند ما درباره‌ی صنعت هسته‌ای این‌جور کردیم، این‌جور گفتیم، ایران را تسلیم کردیم؛ تسلیم ایران را مگر به خواب ببینند. پنج رئیس جمهور دیگر [آمریکا] از اوّل انقلاب تا امروز، در این آرزو که جمهوری اسلامی را تسلیم کنند یا مُردند یا در تاریخ گم شدند، شما هم مثل آنها؛ شما هم این آرزو را هرگز به دست نخواهید آورد که ایران اسلامی را تسلیم کنید.

 

Another point is about the Americans' blustering in recent days. In the recent days that the negotiations have been concluded, the American excellencies - their male and female officials - are busy blustering. Each of them is blustering in a different way. Of course, this is alright with us. Their domestic problems force them into blustering. They claim that they have dragged Iran towards the negotiating table, that they have made Iran surrender, that they have obtained such and such concessions from our country and other such claims. However, the truth is something else. They say that they have prevented Iran from building nuclear weapons, but this has nothing to do with our negotiations with America and other countries. They themselves know this and sometimes they have spoken about the importance of the fatwa that bans nuclear weapons.

According to the commands of the Holy Quran and Islamic sharia, we consider building, keeping and using nuclear weapons as haraam and therefore, we will not do so. This has nothing to do with them and with these negotiations. They themselves know that this is the truth. They know that what prevents the Islamic Republic from building nuclear weapons is not their threats and intimidating behavior. There is a religious barrier behind this and they know the significance of this fatwa, but they still claim that it was they who prevented Iran. They are not honest with their own people and they do not tell them the truth. On various other matters, they say that they have adopted such and such a measure about Iran's nuclear industry and that they have forced Iran to surrender, but they can only see Iran's surrender in their dreams.

From the beginning of the Revolution until today, five other U.S. presidents died or were lost in history dreaming that they would force the Islamic Republic to surrender. You too will enjoy the same fate. You too will never achieve the dream of forcing the Islamic Republic to surrender.

 

یک نکته‌ای در خلال حرفهای رئیس جمهور آمریکا در این چند روز وجود داشت و آن اعتراف به اشتباهات گذشته‌ی آمریکا بود؛ البتّه مشتی از خروار را ایشان گفت. اعتراف کرد که در بیست‌وهشتم مرداد، آمریکایی‌ها در ایران خطا کردند؛ اعتراف کرد که در کمک به صدّام حسین، آمریکایی‌ها خطا کردند؛ دو سه مورد را گفت، [امّا] ده‌ها مورد را نگفت؛ ۲۵ سال حکومت ظالمانه و جائرانه‌ی پهلوی دوّم را نگفت؛ شکنجه‌ها، غارتها، کشتارها، جنایتها، فاجعه‌آفرینی‌ها، از بین بردن عزّت ملّت ایران، لگدکوب کردن منافع داخلی و خارجی ملّت ایران را که به‌وسیله‌ی آمریکا انجام گرفت نگفت، تسلّط صهیونیست‌ها را نگفت، نابود کردن مسافرین هواپیمای مسافربری را به‌وسیله‌ی شلیک موشک از دریا نگفت، و بسیاری چیزهایی دیگر؛ [امّا] چند اشتباه را تکرار کرد. من جمله‌ای را میخواهم ناصحانه به این حضرات بگویم: امروز شما بعد از گذشت سالهای طولانی از بیست‌وهشتم مرداد یا از جنگ هشت‌ساله و دفاع جمهوری اسلامی، اعتراف میکنید که اشتباه کردید؛ من میخواهم بگویم الان هم دارید اشتباه میکنید، الان هم در جاهای مختلف این منطقه و بخصوص نسبت به جمهوری اسلامی و ملّت ایران مشغول اشتباه هستید؛ چند سال دیگر یک کس دیگری می‌آید و همین اشتباه شما را به رخ خواهد کشید، همچنان‌که شما امروز اشتباه گذشتگانتان را به رخ میکشید؛ شما هم دارید اشتباه میکنید، بیدار شوید، از اشتباه خارج شوید، حقیقت را بفهمید. در منطقه اشتباهات بزرگی را دارند مرتکب میشوند.

There was one point in the statements that the American president made in recent days: he admitted to America's past mistakes. Of course, he said a hodgepodge of things. He admitted that the Americans made a mistake in Iran on the 28th of Mordad. He admitted that the Americans made a mistake in helping Saddam Hussein. He admitted to two, three mistakes, but he did not mention tens of others. He did not speak about the 25-year oppressive and treacherous rule of the second Pahlavi monarch. He did not speak about the many instances of torture, looting, massacre, disaster and calamity that were caused by America. He did not speak about the destruction of the Iranian peoples' dignity and America's efforts to trample upon their domestic and foreign interests. He did not speak about the Zionists' domination, the killing of Iranian passengers on a passenger plane and many other things. Nonetheless, he mentioned a number of mistakes.

I would like to offer a friendly word of advice to these excellencies: today - after the passage of many years from the 28th of Mordad, the eight-year war and the defense that the Islamic Republic put up there - you acknowledge that you have made certain mistakes. I would like to say to you that you are making a mistake in the present time as well. In the present time too, you are busy making mistakes in different places in the region and particularly towards the Islamic Republic and the people of Iran. In a few years, someone else will turn up and show you your mistakes, just as today you are admitting to the mistakes that your predecessors made. You are making mistakes as well. Therefore, you should awaken, correct your mistakes and understand the truth. You are making grave mistakes in the region.

 

 آنچه من به ملّت ایران میخواهم عرض بکنم [این است] : جمهوری اسلامی به توفیق الهی و به حول و قوّه‌ی الهی، مقتدر و قوی است، روزبه‌روز هم قوی‌تر شده است. ده سال، دوازده سال است که شش دولت بزرگ جهانى -که از لحاظ ثروت اقتصادى و غیره، جزو کشورهاى مقتدر دنیا محسوب میشوند- اینها نشسته‌اند در مقابل ایران، با هدف اینکه ایران را از پیگیرى صنعت هسته‌اى خودش باز بدارند؛ این را صریحاً گفته‌اند. هدف واقعى آنها این است که پیچ‌ومهره‌هاى صنعت هسته‌اى بکلّى باز بشود؛ این را سالها پیش هم به مسئولین ما صریحاً بیان کردند، الان هم در همین آرزو هستند. ده سال، دوازده سال کشمکش با جمهورى اسلامى، نتیجه‌[اش] این شد که این شش قدرت، امروز ناچار شدند که گردش چند هزار سانتریفیوژ را در کشور تحمّل کنند؛ ناچار شدند ادامه‌ى این صنعت را در کشور تحمّل کنند؛ ناچار شدند ادامه‌ى تحقیقات و توسعه‌ى این صنعت را تحمّل کنند. تحقیق و توسعه‌ى صنعت هسته‌اى ادامه خواهد یافت؛ گردش صنعت هسته‌اى ادامه خواهد یافت؛ این چیزى است که آنها سالها تلاش کردند، [ولى] امروز روى کاغذ آوردند و امضا دارند میکنند که حرفى ندارند. این معنایش چیست جز اقتدار ملّت ایران؟ این بر اثر ایستادگى ملّت، مقاومت ملّت، و بر اثر شهامت و ابتکار دانشمندان عزیز ما است. رحمت خدا بر شهریارى‌ها و رضائى نژادها و احمدى روشن‌ها و علیمحمّدى‌ها؛ رحمت خدا بر شهداى هسته‌اى، رحمت خدا بر خانواده‌هاى اینها، رحمت خدا بر ملّتى که پاى حرف حقّ خود و احقاق حقّ خود مى‌ایستد.

What I want to say to the people of Iran is that by Allah's favor and grace, the Islamic Republic has become powerful and strong. It has become stronger on a daily basis. It is 10, 12 years now that six great global powers - which are among powerful countries in the world in terms of economic wealth - have been sitting in front of Iran, trying to prevent it from pursuing its nuclear industry. They have said this openly. Their real goal is to open the nuts and bolts of the nuclear industry. They have said this to our officials many years ago. In the present time too, they pursue the same dream. The result of a 10, 12-year struggle with the Islamic Republic is that they have been forced to tolerate the operation of several thousand centrifuges in the country. They have been forced to tolerate the continuation of this industry in our country. They have been forced to tolerate the development of this industry and the continuation of research on it. Research and developing the nuclear industry will continue. The cycle of the nuclear industry will continue.

This is what they have been trying to prevent for many years, but today they have signed on paper that they have no problem with our nuclear industry. Apart from the power of the Iranian people, what other meaning does this have? This has been achieved because of the people's resistance and steadfastness and our dear scientists' courage and innovation. God's mercy be upon the likes of Shahriari, Rezainejad, Ahmadi Roshan and Ali Muhammadi. God's mercy be upon our nuclear martyrs. God's mercy be upon their families. God's mercy be upon a people who stand by their truthful claims and rights

 

یک مطلب دیگر هم که نکته‌ى آخر است عرض بکنم. این آقا گفته است که میتواند ارتش ایران را نابود کند. قدیمى‌هاى ما این‌جور حرفها را «لاف در غریبى» میگفتند.(۲) من نمیخواهم در این زمینه چیزى بگویم، آنها که این حرف را خواهند شنید، اگر میخواهند درست بفهمند، اگر میخواهند از تجربه‌هاى خود درست استفاده بکنند بدانند، البتّه ما از هیچ جنگى استقبال نمیکنیم، ما به هیچ جنگى مبادرت نمیکنیم و پیش‌دستى نمیکنیم، امّا اگر جنگى اینجا اتّفاق بیفتد، آن کسى که سرشکسته از جنگ خارج خواهد شد آمریکاى متجاوز و جنایتکار است.

I would like to raise another point which is the last one. An individual has said that he can destroy Iran's army. Our predecessors used to call such statements, "boasting among strangers" [audience laughs]. I do not want to say anything more in this regard. If those who will hear this statement want to know the truth and if they are willing to use their experiences correctly, they should know that should any war break out - of course we do not welcome and begin any war - he who will emerge humiliated [literally: "head-cracked"] out of it, will be transgressing and criminal America.
